Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end management of sales commission programs, including calculation, validation, and payout processing.
- Develop and refine incentive structures to align with company objectives and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely commission disbursements.
- Monitor and analyze commission data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on commission performance and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and tax implications related to commissions.
- Resolve complex commission disputes and provide clear, actionable solutions.
- Automate and streamline commission processes using advanced tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales commission administration, compensation analysis, or incentive management.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and commission management software (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with financial services, indexing, or sales operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting with a focus on Bali-based operations.
