Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate tax planning and compliance activities, liaising with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and business growth initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting accurately and efficiently.
