Responsibility
- Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell fragrance products to retailers, distributors, and end consumers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our fragrance line.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer preferences is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for fragrances, beauty products, and luxury retail.
