Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and field canvassing to identify and engage potential customers in assigned territories.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activities, and customer insights to the sales team.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports, customer data, and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or direct customer engagement roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a motorbike or car are preferred.
