Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Products sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
