Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales to promote Sari Roti products to households, businesses, and retail outlets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive canvassing and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to drive interest and sales.
- Track sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to report to the sales team.
- Ensure product displays (if applicable) are attractive and well-stocked in assigned areas.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to walk or travel extensively within assigned areas (Bali).
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and tracking sales.
- Familiarity with Bali’s local neighborhoods and markets is advantageous.
- Own transportation (motorcycle preferred) and a valid driver’s license.
- Passion for sales and a positive, persistent attitude toward achieving goals.
