Responsibility
- Conduct door-to-door and field sales to promote Sari Roti products to households, businesses, and retailers in Bali.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to maximize earnings through commission-based incentives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and product knowledge.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in untapped markets across Bali’s diverse communities.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and promotions to drive repeat purchases.
- Track sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to report insights to the sales team.
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked in assigned retail locations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with outdoor work and travel within Bali (own transportation is advantageous).
- Basic numerical and record-keeping skills to track sales and inventory.
- Familiarity with Sari Roti products or the FMCG industry is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Reside in or near Bali with legal authorization to work in Indonesia.
