Responsibility
- Identify and engage high-potential clients (hotels, restaurants, gourmet retailers) in Bali’s luxury market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market feedback.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and exclusive tastings.
Qualifications
- Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in luxury goods, F&B, or hospitality.
- Strong network of contacts in Bali’s high-end hotel, restaurant, or retail sectors (a plus).
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to Singapore.
- Understanding of premium product positioning and luxury market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
