Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the clinic’s patient base and service offerings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure service offerings align with market demands.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Represent the clinic at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
