Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting sports apparel, footwear, and equipment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to educate customers.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
