Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and boost customer engagement.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in sports, fitness, or recreation industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
