Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Organize promotional events and in-store activities to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the HR team on recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for store staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the sports or recreation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
