Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
