Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
- Promote products and services effectively to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to offer accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions, handle cash/credit payments, and ensure all sales records are accurate.
- Assist in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and participate in promotional events.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
