Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
