Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retailers, distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our robotics solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the technology or consumer products sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Familiarity with robotics, automation, or tech-related products is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
