Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned food courts and coffee shops, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and staff professionalism.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations or large teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with local F&B regulations and market dynamics in Bali is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
