Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tutorials to enhance customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- Strong passion for beauty and skincare with a desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail software is advantageous.
