Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate with supply chain teams.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in optical, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
