Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff, ensuring alignment with company standards and sales objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities within retail teams.
- Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, and soft skills training for new and existing employees.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional leaders to implement training initiatives that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
- Stay updated on retail industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs remain relevant and impactful.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to retail staff to enhance their performance and career growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training, management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs in a retail environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience working in Northern Luzon or Bali is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and training software.
- Passion for continuous learning and development with a results-oriented mindset.
