Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store appearance by stocking, organizing, and merchandising products to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking, cycle counts, and receiving shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety, loss prevention, and cleanliness protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift/move items (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail software is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Japanese is a bonus.
