Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Offer personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain store presentation by ensuring merchandise is neatly displayed, sized, and priced according to H&M standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system while handling cash and payments securely.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandise organization, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, promotions, and H&M's sustainability initiatives to share with customers.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
