Based in Bali’s key commercial areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll be at the heart of Indonesia’s booming retail landscape, contributing to the growth of a well-established brand in the sanitaryware industry.
Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Associates (SA) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the building materials and sanitaryware sector.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and retail clients to expand the company’s market reach.
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health/safety regulations in the store.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, in-store events, and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role (preferably in building materials, sanitaryware, or home improvement).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sanitaryware products, construction materials, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in inventory management, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and solve problems under pressure.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as needed.
