Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Demonstrate product applications and techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space that reflects the brand’s luxury image.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry news to provide informed advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and brand events to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is highly desirable.
