Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings and present features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, real estate, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Bali real estate market is a plus.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
