Responsibility
- Proactively generate new leads and expand the client database through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding property features, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and turnover.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional, personalized service.
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate market conditions, legal requirements, and company property listings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective property campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Baliuag, Bulacan.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms).
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting performance benchmarks.
