Responsibility

  • Proactively generate new leads and expand the client database through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients regarding property features, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to closing and turnover.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional, personalized service.
  • Stay up-to-date with current real estate market conditions, legal requirements, and company property listings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective property campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field (fresh graduates with a strong drive for sales are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Baliuag, Bulacan.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting performance benchmarks.
