In this role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that our client facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. You will act as the primary point of contact for service providers, building occupants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless daily operations. Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance requests, janitorial services, and vendor scheduling.
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenant inquiries and ensure rapid resolution of facility-related issues.
  • Monitor site performance through regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Maintain accurate logs, inventory reports, and documentation related to building equipment and assets.
  • Liaise with external contractors to supervise repairs and upgrades, ensuring work meets CBRE quality benchmarks.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly operational reports and budget tracking for facility expenses.
  • Manage office space logistics and support site-wide projects or facility improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, property operations, or building administration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and facility management software/CMMS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in the Philippines.
