Responsibility

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of condominium facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, feedback, and service requests.
  • Supervise on-site contractors and service providers to ensure all work is completed according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Perform regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring aesthetic improvement.
  • Assist in the administration of estate management activities, including record-keeping and permit processing.
  • Coordinate and attend to resident issues, ensuring a professional and timely resolution.
  • Monitor compliance with estate house rules and facilitate necessary corrective actions.
  • Support the management team in organizing community events and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in condominium management, customer service, or building operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle feedback professionally.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to daily operational challenges.
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possession of a valid certification in Fire Safety or related building management courses is an added advantage.
