Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their home aesthetic.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features and assembly benefits.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the retail floor and display area.
- Safely lift, move, and arrange furniture items according to store layout guidelines.
- Assist in the basic assembly of furniture display units to ensure store standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home appliances.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy furniture items comfortably.
- Basic knowledge or interest in furniture assembly and handling tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Customer-centric mindset with a goal-oriented attitude towards sales targets.
