Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to every visitor in alignment with Polène’s luxury standards.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our product ranges, materials, and the craftsmanship behind every piece.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Process sales transactions accurately while ensuring a seamless and refined checkout experience.
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and service.
- Uphold the aesthetic and cleanliness standards of the boutique to reflect brand excellence.
- Actively contribute to team goals and support store events and activations.
Qualifications
