Are you passionate about interior design and luxury living? One Outsource is seeking a charismatic and professional Sales Associate to join our premium furniture showroom in Muntinlupa City. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing world-class service to clients seeking high-end furnishing solutions.

You will work in an elegant, fast-paced environment where your ability to build rapport, understand design aesthetics, and close sales will directly impact our clients' living spaces. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of style, and the drive to exceed sales targets. Responsibility

  • Welcome and engage showroom visitors, identifying their specific interior design needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert product knowledge regarding materials, craftsmanship, and design origins of our luxury furniture collections.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, process orders, and ensure seamless delivery scheduling.
  • Maintain the visual standards of the showroom by arranging displays and ensuring all items are flawlessly presented.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly individual and team sales quotas.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or lifestyle brand sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and sales techniques.
  • A professional demeanor with a genuine passion for furniture, home décor, and interior styling.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or retail POS systems.
