Responsibility
- Welcome and engage showroom visitors, identifying their specific interior design needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge regarding materials, craftsmanship, and design origins of our luxury furniture collections.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, process orders, and ensure seamless delivery scheduling.
- Maintain the visual standards of the showroom by arranging displays and ensuring all items are flawlessly presented.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
- Achieve and surpass monthly individual and team sales quotas.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end furniture, or lifestyle brand sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong background in customer relationship management (CRM) and sales techniques.
- A professional demeanor with a genuine passion for furniture, home décor, and interior styling.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or retail POS systems.
