Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for livestock and agricultural products in Bali.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, including farmers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in Bali’s agricultural sector.
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing to clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to closing deals and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, including handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agricultural, livestock, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong understanding of livestock products, agricultural supplies, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Balinese) are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings, market visits, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
