Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and purchases.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and drive foot traffic.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and inventory availability.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
