Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, developers, and retail partners, through cold calls, meetings, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our building materials.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools to track progress and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of building materials, construction supplies, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of building materials, their applications, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
