Responsibility
- Execute and maintain product displays according to company planograms in supermarkets and pharmacies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and in-store marketing materials.
- Provide feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities, inventory, and sales data.
- Travel to assigned locations across Bali to support multiple retail outlets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; additional certification in retail or merchandising is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual display, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of planogram execution and retail shelf management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking.
- Physical stamina to handle stock replenishment and display setup.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within Bali.
