Responsibility
- Restock and maintain product displays in assigned retail locations to ensure optimal presentation and availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the head office to facilitate timely restocking and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product appeal and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, cleanliness, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with store staff and management to address merchandising needs and resolve any discrepancies.
- Track and report sales performance, inventory turnover, and merchandising effectiveness to the head office.
- Assist in the setup of promotional displays and seasonal campaigns to boost product visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and returns for inventory reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with store teams and head office.
- Keen attention to detail and a creative eye for product presentation and store layouts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company policies.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software or tools is a plus.
- Physical stamina to handle stock replenishment, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to travel between assigned locations in Bali as needed.
