Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with shoppers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a tidy and visually appealing retail space, including stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring displays meet brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and loyalty programs to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures, loss prevention, and health/safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking, and conducting cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Basic computer literacy, including POS systems and inventory software.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
