Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories.
- Prospect and acquire new retail accounts, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and hospitality venues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, promotions, and tastings to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage order processing, inventory checks, and timely deliveries to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
