Responsibility
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
- Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to drive sales and upsell opportunities.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception and retail area.
- Process transactions, including payments and refunds, with precision and integrity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, reception, or customer service, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for luxury service standards.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, email).
