Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive store performance, including visual merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, foot traffic, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team growth, professional development, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local community stakeholders.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Leverage retail technology and data analytics to optimize store performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and visual merchandising.
- Experience with retail technology, such as POS systems, inventory software, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the retail industry.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
