Responsibility
- Replenish and maintain stock levels across assigned retail outlets to ensure product availability.
- Place and process new sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement and sales performance, recommending markdowns or promotions as needed.
- Collaborate with retail teams to optimize product placement and visual merchandising.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights for inventory planning.
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and retail policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and store managers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with retail teams.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to various retail locations within Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or business management are a plus.
