Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, embodying the Havaianas brand values.
- Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling tips to enhance the customer experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized store environment, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.
- Participate in in-store events, promotions, and product launches to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service standards.
- Stay updated on new product releases, trends, and brand initiatives to share with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and the Havaianas brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Bahasa) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail or fashion is a bonus.
