Responsibility
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Merchandise Management: Stock, organize, and display products to maintain an appealing and well-maintained store layout.
- Furniture Assembly: Assemble and prepare furniture and home decor items for customer pickup or in-store display.
- Cashier Operations: Process transactions accurately, handle payments, and provide receipts while adhering to company policies.
- Inventory Control: Assist in tracking inventory levels, restocking shelves, and reporting low stock to management.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and storage areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Nitori’s product offerings, promotions, and features to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications
- Customer-Focused: Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with diverse customers in a professional manner.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move furniture (up to 20-25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for product placement, assembly, and store presentation.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to commit to a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
- No Prior Experience Required: Training will be provided for all necessary tasks.
