Responsibility
- Develop and maintain demand forecasting models using statistical tools and industry trends to predict product demand accurately.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and procurement teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior shifts.
- Prepare and present forecast reports and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, manage lead times, and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Utilize ERP and demand planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline forecasting and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and forecasting software (SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and supply chain best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
