Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces to suit their home needs.
- Provide expert product information, features, and assembly guidance to shoppers.
- Perform heavy lifting of furniture items to move stock and replenish showroom displays safely.
- Assist in the assembly and installation of display furniture according to brand standards.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards daily.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, appliances, or home decor.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, moving, and assembling furniture items.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and friendly personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of assembly tools and manual labor safety protocols.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
