Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Dyson products, including features, benefits, and usage, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting Dyson products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
