Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and upsell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or sales training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
