Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and sell coffee, food, and merchandise to meet daily sales targets.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
