Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual lifting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive work ethic.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
