Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets in the Bali region.
- Engage with customers professionally, providing product information and addressing inquiries.
- Process orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of Yakult products.
- Conduct market visits and support promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to organize and execute sales strategies.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide excellent service.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (all majors welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas as needed.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).
